THE VILLAS

The Hannah Villa is a 150-square-meter open area with a Bali-imported sukabumi-tiled swimming pool, 1 large bedroom, king size bed with single pull-out bed, 1 spacious bathroom with bathtub, 5-star high quality bed linens and towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, complimentary mini bar with coffee machine, spacious living room with daybed, and a sunken lounge with pool view.

The villa offers a free, sumptuous breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

RESERVATION POLICY

  • Until payment has been secured, the resort will hold your reservation for the next 24 hours only.

  • Your reservation will be cancelled after the 24 hour withholding period.

  • Please deposit the 50% downpayment to the following bank details below;

    • BDO

    • Account Name: Rycortech Corporation

    • Account Number: 0067 6801 1594

  • No booking will be considered confirmed until receipt of deposit has been verified and an mail confirmation of reservation issued by the resort.

  • Please send a copy of your proof of payment to The Amery email address at theameryvillas@gmail.com

  • Our booking services will send you an email confirmation of your booking once payment has been verified by our system.

  • The 50% balance is due to be paid in full upon check in at the resort.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • No Show: In the event of a no show, any advance payment will not be refunded and any booking made through Agoda or other platforms will be processed in full without refund.

  • Rebooking: Rebooking will incur a 10% system rebooking charge. Rebooking less than 1 week prior to the original booking will be charged 20% of the booking.

  • Cancellation of three (3) weeks up to one (1) week prior to the original booking will be charged 50% of the booking. The remaining 50% will be reimbursed.

  • Cancellation of less than 1 week and during peak season (holy week and month of December) will be charged 80% of the booking. The remaining 20% will be reimbursed.
